Commencement of operations:- On receipt of final acceptance from the client group of designated supervisors and the fleet of selected vehicles will be marched to the client’s place and the drivers will be backed with full information of client requirements, for smooth operation.

Dry run:- On the designated day a Dry Run exercise is carried out as per the proposed routes to identify the exact locations for pickup and drop. Actual addresses of the employees and also the timings and destinations are recorded. Initial hiccups if any will be brought to the notice of Transport Facility of the client for necessary modification if required.
